How your Community Bank or Credit Union can make a difference
Since 1985 we have lost 50% of our Community Banks. Meanwhile, the assets of the to 25
largest banks have more that doubled. Every time a residential property goes into
foreclosure and is sold at a sub-market price it erodes the wealth and the tax base of the
community. Help your community retain property values by offering free federal Home
Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) document preparation software to each new

Program Requirements for Community Banks and Credit Unions
To qualify for participation in the Urban Solutions community bank support program you
must be a licensed bank or credit union, be insured by the FDIC and, be currently
chartered to operate by the United States Treasury Department or the state(s) in which
your offices reside.
Designated bank customers will receive a personalized loan modification documentation
package illustrated in our Sample Workout Package. To subscribe to our service,
