completed online HAMP QUALIFICATION CALCULATOR forms to our data processing center. We will use the
calculator forms to prepare your HAMP loan modification request documents.
Until September 1, 2011 our data processing center will process your loan modification request documents along
with your new payment plan that you are legally entitled to under HAMP. You do not have to rely on your lender to do
this for you. You go in with your payment plan in hand. All you lender really has to do is write up a new contract
using the payment terms provided in your loan modification request forms.

on banking policies we must do it our vote as consumers. We can change the entire banking system
in less than a year if we collectively put our money where our mouths are - in regional credit unions
