Urban Solutions Homeowner Support Services
All of our Homeowner Support Service Programs require enrollment in our Home Affordable Modification Program
(HAMP) loan modification plan. You must first apply for a HAMP loan modification using the federally sponsored HAMP
loan modification program before enrolling for other services that you may decide to use. Once you subscribe to our
HAMP Loan Modification service we will provide all the HAMP program instructions that you will need to submit your
request through your lender, your new HAMP mitigation payment plan and, additional support documentation that you
will need to receive your mortgage payment reduction. It is the most effective tool available to get lenders to lower your
monthly mortgage payment.
Don't settle for a less than a HAMP loan modification such as a lender Forbearance Agreement where you make
payments over a "temporary" period of time at a lower monthly mortgage payment.
Question:
If you have been making mortgage payments at the full amount for a number of years, does it really make sense to
test you ability to pay at a lesser amount over a 90 day trial period?
Answer:
No. However, you will face delinquency payments if your lender decides that you don't qualify at the end of the trial
period. During the trial period, make sure that you are saving the difference between the reduced monthly trial
payment and normal monthly payment for each month of the trial period. At the end of the trial you will have to make a
lump sum payment to make your mortgage payment current to avoid additional delinquency fees.
Contact us to see how you can earn additional income with one of our passive online service representative
programs. You won't be disappointed.
