agencies also offer these and other forms of borrower assistance free of charge. A list of nonprofit housing counseling
agencies approved by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is available from your
local HUD office or by visiting www.hud.gov.

We take our hats off to the thousands of volunteers working tirelessly with nonprofit organizations to help you to get your
HAMP payment reduction. However, the truth is, most of these nonprofit organizations lack the resources to do the job.

Do not rely on your lender to create your HAMP plan for you. Go in with your payment plan in hand. All you lender really
has to do is write a new contract using the payment terms provided in your loan modification request forms.

submission confirmation page that will appear after you submit your plan. Save the confirmation page for your records.

contacted by one of our staff members to process your submission ready loan modification request documents
. Your
